The Florida Food and Drug Administration has approved a new version of a popular erectile dysfunction drug calledSildenafil. Sildenafil, approved by the FDA in 2003, is also used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and high blood pressure in the lungs. There is no evidence that sildenafil is addictive.
Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type-5 inhibitor, which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation. When taken in higher doses, sildenafil can be extremely effective in helping men achieve and maintain an erection, but it's not effective for PAH and should be used cautiously.
The new drug application is being developed to address the problem of erectile dysfunction in the elderly, however, it was approved in March 2006, and the FDA has approved the application for the generic version of the drug.
In addition to Sildenafil, which is available as a tablet, Sildenafil is also available as a gel or capsule. The gel and capsule are also available for injection, as well as oral gel or capsule.
If you or someone you love is suffering from erectile dysfunction, it is important to treat this issue with a doctor's consultation. It is not always the first time you have to treat erectile dysfunction, so you should only get it as soon as you feel like it is the only sexual experience that you can have. If it is still not worth the effort, try some other treatments first. You may also need to try a combination of different medications such as Viagra and Cialis, which you can buy online without a prescription.
For those who struggle with PAH, it is important to seek professional medical advice. For men who have PAH and are not taking regular nitrate medications, a blood pressure test may be needed to confirm if the medication is helping. For men who are taking nitroglycerine, a blood pressure test may be needed to confirm if the medication is helping.
The FDA has not approved Sildenafil for patients with PAH, though the drug is available in generic versions. For the treatment of erectile dysfunction, it is important to discuss with your doctor which medicine may be the best option to treat your erectile dysfunction.

Lewest have taken Viagra, a popular drug for impotence, among the older generation, according to a new study by an American researchers who studied more than 300 men with erectile dysfunction, a common condition among older men.
Viagra, which is sold as a blue pill, is also used by the older population as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, the study found. But it's unclear whether Viagra is the same drug as Viagra.
Viagra is a brand-name drug and has been prescribed for a variety of problems. Some of its benefits are similar to that of the more famous erectile dysfunction pill sildenafil, which is also prescribed for erectile dysfunction.
"It works by helping the body to produce more blood," said Dr. Andrew M. Rosen of the Cleveland Clinic, who led the study.
Rosen's team analyzed data from the National Health Service database, which includes more than 1 million men from nearly 11 million U. S. offices, medical facilities, and other institutions. They used information compiled by a company called Cialis, which provides Viagra, as well as health-related information such as the name of a physician, dosage, and other information.
The researchers analyzed data from the National Health Service database for 2006, which includes about 4.6 million men age 50 and older.
Rosen, who is a professor of medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine, said the study "is a good reminder of the importance of patient- and healthcare-specific health information."
Spencer said the study shows "significant differences" in Viagra use among the older population.
In particular, men who took Viagra had a "higher prevalence" of erectile dysfunction, which could indicate a more severe condition. The researchers also noted that patients who took Viagra had "significantly higher rates of urinary retention and other health issues," including diabetes, heart disease, and high blood pressure.
"Viagra has a tremendous impact on the lives of millions of men who are suffering from this condition," Rosen said. "It's been used for decades and is now widely available to millions of patients."
For other research, Rosen said, "we should be more than just anecdotal."
Viagra can cause sexual dysfunction, which can be uncomfortable. Some people may experience dizziness, fainting, or even sleepiness, especially when starting to take a pill.
"The impact of Viagra on men with erectile dysfunction is still relatively small," Rosen said.
"We're already starting to see the effects on sexual function in a number of other populations, including the general population," he said.
The study is the first of its kind, and some clinicians might consider it a success.
A previous study published in the Journal of Sexual Medicine found similar findings, including that Viagra is associated with lower risk of erectile dysfunction among older men. That may be because older men tend to be more often sexually active, the study reported.
"The findings of this study should encourage clinicians to take a closer look at the data, especially for older men, to help make informed decisions about treatment options for erectile dysfunction," he said.
Rosen said he expects the results to be published in the first half of 2008.
If they do show a connection between Viagra use and erectile dysfunction, he said, he and his colleagues could use that data to "treat and monitor potential side effects."
